Put me together
All these peices are falling off of me
While I am learning not to trust so much
My trust is falling off
While I’m fear expecting too much
My expectations are falling off
While I’m learning not to cry so much
My emotions a drying, becoming hard and falling off
While I am trying to hold on to what I have left to offer,
from all that people have taken from me, trying to be a different type of person, while trying to
remain the same person, the person that people fall in love with and with the same breathe of expressing love express unappreciation and betrayal, Put me together, Put me together, Put me together
For the things that I need
The things I find essential
The things that I find attractive
The things that are easily mistaken for weakness
The things that I find good
Are falling off with the bad
PUT ME TOGETHER AGAIN
So that I may fall in love
like everyone else.
